Please note that several services offered at our practice are considered direct pay and are not covered by insurance. If you’re unsure whether your service falls under this category, please inquire when booking your appointment.

A non-refundable $50 appointment fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward your service, with the remaining balance collected at check-in.

Cancellations will forfeit the appointment fee, though one appointment reschedule is allowed.
